Recipe of the Month - from Joyce Courtney
Aunt Ann's Pound Cake1 pound Imperial Margarine 1 Box Powdered Sugar 6 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Lemon Extract 3 Cups Cake Flour Cream margarine and powdered sugar well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and lemon extracts. Blend in Cake flour. Grease and flour pan Bake 350 degrees for about 45-60 minutes.
