Joyce Courtney, the Leader of the Team With over 16 years of Real Estate experience, Joyce has proven herself as an industry leader! She has the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). In addition, she has earned numerous awards including: RE/MAX Club Platinum and Hall of Fame membership, Top 20 for RE/MAX Northern Illinois in 2002, 2004 and 2007 and most recently The Top 20 Teams in Northern Illinois for 2006! Violet Petone, Marketing Manager Has over twenty years of business experience. Violet manages advertising including visual tours, feedback, the Client Appreciation Program and various other special projects. Her ability to communicate well with other realtors is a great advantage in getting feedback on your home. Violet is a creative person and it shows as she transforms ordinary pictures into wonderful virtual tours. She really cares about the sellers and markets each home as if they were her own!
